What should readers know about you? Even though I was raised in a traditional Cambodian household, I was able to develop my own unique palate. My frame of reference is Southeast Asian cuisine, but throughout my life I’ve been open to every flavor from every corner of the world. Through a never ending joy for experimenting with a variety of flavors derived from diverse cultures I have gained the ability to constantly seek out and offer dynamic food experiences both through my cooking and writing.
