What dish made you fall in love with cooking? My mom’s Sweet and Sour Pork. I remember a “World Cuisine” day at school in 4th grade where my mom and I prepared this dish. I helped my mom with all of the prep work. I loved watching all of the beautiful colors go into the dish and I loved the delicious end result!
