When and why did you start blogging? As a twenty-one year-old with lupus-related kidney failure, I was forced to quickly learn how to live a limitless life on a strict low-sodium diet. After a few years, I started my blog to share my tasty tricks and treats with others who face similar restrictions and inspire them to find flavor beyond the shaker. And almost a decade later, I am releasing my first cookbook in Jan 2012 with Houghton Mifflin Harcourt.
