What dish made you fall in love with cooking? Irish Soda Bread. I know this is a strange choice, but I remember making this for the first time and noticing how easy it was and how delicious it tasted. It wasn’t the first time I had eaten it, I come from a long line of Irish Soda Bread makers. However, it made me wonder how many other things were that easy to make and had such an amazing outcome.
