Why do you love cooking? I can control everything about it! The amount of time I spend, the degree of difficulty the recipe requires, the quality of the ingredients—I can control it all. And I find that the more I practice in the kitchen, the less I have to think about what I’m doing, which allows for a pretty stress-relieving dance party around the kitchen island.
