What dish made you fall in love with cooking? My first job out of college was working at a resort and spa in the Colorado Mountains. The resort had a fantastic chef who would prepare these 10-course tasting menus that were so inspiring. So I guess you could say it was actually 10 dishes that made me fall in love with cooking. Each course was locally and seasonally inspired and sounded complicated but actually used very simple flavors that highlighted the star of each dish.
