When and why did you start blogging? I left the corporate life in marketing and business development to be able to spend more time with my family. Within a few weeks, I realized I still needed a creative outlet. Add a Pinch was born fall of 2010 to share family recipes, recipes I develop, and little bits of everyday life and things I love.

What should readers know about you? I have a strong drawl and make a mean blackberry cobbler.
