Ever have one of those nights where you'd literally curl up in the fetal position and sob yourself to sleep rather than face the daunting task of deciding what's for dinner? Same, people...same. I cannot count on all my fingers and toes how many times I've re-installed and then subsequently deleted the Domino's app from my phone in such moments of weakness. But often, that's the recourse of many—in light of a fresh idea for a healthy dinner, we'll take the easy way out and order something like pizza to quench our hunger. And don't get me wrong—I love pizza.

But, at the end of the day, pizza you get from a chain is basically a huge ball of dough, a block of cheese, and a can of sauce, with some toppings thrown in. That ain't healthy, and it won't leave you feeling good about yourself once you've gorged yourself on it. This is coming from the guy who downed a whole DiGiorno earlier in the week, so I speak from both the stomach and the heart. If only there were some way we could still order delivery for those days when we just know there won't be any gas left in the tank, but have it be delicious and healthier. Some assembly required wouldn't even bother me in that scenario. Hmmm, if only...
