Our Key Programs and Partnerships
Supper Clubs
The first Cooking Light supper club was born in 1999 when readers in Northern California got together on our online message boards to organize the
first gathering. Today, our supper club family has grown to hundreds of clubs around the world who meet regularly to cook
and share recipes from the magazine. Inspired by our readers’ grassroots clubs, we now host a series of Supper Clubs events where you can sample light dishes, meet other members, and
watch our executive chef Billy Strynkowski demonstrate recipes and cooking techniques. For tips on starting your own supper
club, visit CookingLight.com/supperclubs.
Cooking Light Ultimate Reader Recipe Contest
Inspired by our top-rated Reader Recipes column, this annual contest invites readers to submit their favorite light recipes
for a chance to win a portion of more than $40,000 in cash and prizes. Four category winners receive $5,000 each, and one
grand prize winner receives $20,000. The winning recipes are published in our Jan/Feb, March, and April issues. To see previous
winners and their top recipes, visit CookingLight.com/clurrc.
FitHouse
The FitHouse is a place where our philosophy, “Eat Smart, Be Fit, Live Well,” comes to life in every single room. Cooking Light recognizes that our homes serve as the command center in all of our lives. Each year we build an idea home in a different
community to demonstrate how easy it is to live well every day, no matter how big or small your living space may be. Our FitHouse
provides tips and takeaways for all readers by showcasing the latest design trends and sustainable building practices. We
also incorporate practical ideas for making our readers’ homes more comfortable, healthful, and efficient. To see 360-degree tours and videos from this year's FitHouse, visit Cookinglight.com/fithouse.
Cooking LightBooks
Every year we publish a Cooking Light Annual Recipes cookbook that aggregates the hundreds of recipes featured in our magazine, each professionally tested and
approved by our Test Kitchens. We also publish additional series with popular titles including The Cooking Light Complete Cookbook, The Best of Cooking Light Everyday Favorites, and themed cookbooks from the Cooking Light Cook's Essential Recipe Collection. Visit www.oxmoorhouse.com for a complete list or to order. You can also create a customized
